Our FEATURE today focuses on the presidential election and its' aftermath. Only two polls accurately projected that Donald Trump would defeat a heavily favored Hillary Clinton--the Investors Business Daily/TIPP and the USC/LA Times polls. Hillary and her advisors made a number of misjudgements: One, she called Trump supporters deplorable, irredeemable and not American and the blue collar, working class voted unanimously for Trump and two, although Pres Obama enjoyed a high popularity rating it did not translate to an approval of his policies. We also discuss the "Dignity Deficit" as articulated by Arthur Brooks in the WSJ and its' major impact in the race. We speculate how Mr Trump may "drain the swamp" to rid this nation of corruption. Other topics include: The incredible stock and commodity market reversal totally opposite the projections, the prospect for a bullish market going forward, POTUS' parting, onerous regulation, Blockchain and Agenda 2030.
